Ararat Café & Bakery opened on Calgary Trail in April 2026 — a women-owned bakery rooted in family recipes and a careful, hands-on approach to traditional pastry.

Our menu draws from Mediterranean and Mesopotamian traditions: slow-poured coffee, syrup-soaked wet almond cake and baklava, and warm, freshly baked breads and savoury pastries prepared throughout the day.

Everything we serve is 100% halal and made in-house, with a commitment to quality ingredients and time-honoured technique in every batch.
